FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene)
Advanced FEP Solutions for Global Industries
Our Advecton FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) is a clear fluoropolymer with exceptional chemical resistance properties for multiple applications. It is well suited for the processes of injection moulding and compression moulding and is also used in coating applications. It is very cost-effective in comparison with PFA. It has similar properties to PTFE and PFA but has the limitation of operating at a lower temperature for a long time. Its general operating temperature range is -200 °C to 180 °C, with a melting temperature range of around 270–280 °C. FEP is highly resistant to most of the chemicals. It is widely used in highly corrosive and high-purity applications.
We offer FEP-fluorinated Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene for different applications, with a wide range of melt flow index and melt flow ratio. From low MFI to high MFI, there are various colour options. Due to our strict quality parameters for consistent supplies, our association with processors is long-term and trustworthy.
We also offer UL CERTIFIED FEP grades.
