High-Performance PFA for Diverse Applications
Our Advecton PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) is a clear fluoropolymer with exceptional chemical resistance properties for multiple applications. It is well suited for the processes of injection moulding,tranfer moulding and compression moulding and is also used in coating applications. It has similar properties to PTFE and FEP but solves the limitations of PTFE and FEP in terms of the injection moulding process and high temperature operating for a long time. Its general operating temperature range is -200 °C to 260 °C, with a melting temperature range of around 290 °C to 315 °C. PFA is highly resistant to most of the chemicals. It is widely used in highly corrosive and high-purity applications.
We offer various grades of PFA, from low MFI to high MFI, and they are also available in different colours for specific applications. Our conductive PFA grade is used to handle processes with static charge possibilities and for safe operations.
